At Joomak, we use only premium quality meat that is dry aged to concentrate and add earthy elements to its flavour. Our Gukbap (soup & rice) is brewed for 24 hours in a traditonal cauldron to richen the flavour of the broth.
The Joomak Story
Joomak is the name of the traditional Korean pub during the Joseon dynasty where weary travellers could stop by and enjoy a hearty meal.
We hope to replicate that by serving traditional Korean soul food as well as provide a place of relaxation from the hustle of city life.
